AUDITIONS are being held for THE BLOOD THAT REMAINS. The wonderful people at FTI have given us funding via the OOMPF sceme to make a drama/mystery short film set in the 1950s. Filming will be around the suburbs of Perth between Wednesday 9th and Wednesday 16th of January, 2008.
We are seeking talented performers for the following roles (ages are script guides only and people outside specified ages are still encouraged to audition):
TONY - 20-30 year old male, unshaven with scruffy hair and clothers, yet still roguishly handsome
BILL - 30-35 year old male, rabbit trapper. Stereotypical 'ocker bloke'
ISABELLA - 20-30 year old attractive female. Girlfriend of both Bill and Tony
SERGEANT O’BRIEN - 50-60 year old male. Script describes him as "a bulldog of a man"
ED HURLINGTON - 60-70 year old male, runs the Hurlington Hotel. Wise looking and weathered
Auditions will be held at FTI in Fremantle on the 11th and 12th of December, from 1pm til 8pm on both days. Actors will NEED to register their interest before being allocated a specific audition time. Successful actors will be paid $80 as a thankyou for their work, as well as having meals provided and a DVD copy of the completed film.
