Actors Required for 16mm Short Film: "The Morning After"

Title: "The Morning After" Shooting format: 16mm film Duration: 3-4 minutes Genre: Dark, dramatic comedy The crew will be made up of Swinburne Film and Television students with professional experience, meals and a copy of the dvd provided, shouldn't take too long to shoot, and should have a strong chance of inclusion in a range of festivals. Synopsis: A regular looking guy wakes up next to a ridiculously good looking woman. His face lights up with a massive grin, hers does not. He thinks he’s met the girl of his dreams, until he comes back from making breakfast to finds her body hanging lifelessly from the ceiling, as this dark comedic tale takes a turn. JOEL - male, 18-32 - contained comedic style with an off beat charisma, in many respects a fragile and broken man, but with an overriding, willful optimism. SVETLANA - female, 18-32 - she needs to have a darkness to her, without saying much need to convey a morbid fascination, beauty, depth and complexity.
