Wonderland!

The Ridge Youth Musical Theatre Group will be staging it’s first production “Wonderland!” by James DeVita and Bill Francoer. Wonderland! Is a silly adaptation of Lewis Caroll’s “Alice in Wonderland.” With fantastic music, it is an upbeat, modern and exciting musical that audiences of all ages will adore! You’ll recognize some of your favourite familiar character’s of Alice’s Wonderland along with meeting dozens of new ones. If you have a special talent, can sing, dance or act or just want to join an exciting and fun group of young people living in your area, why not join The Ridge Youth Musical Theatre Group in this exciting production. There are plenty of parts for everyone! Rehearsals will commence on Monday 30th of July at 6:00pm – 8:00pm and then on every following Monday at Kellyville Ridge Neighborhood Centre, Sovereign Avenue, Kellyville Ridge. Your own audition piece for singing and/or dancing is preferred though not essential. Characters include; Alice, Troubadour, Mother, Red King, White King, Red Queen, White Queen, Red Pawns, White Pawns, Daisy, Tiger lily, Rose, Authority1, 2 and 3, Announcer, Ump, Catcher, Vendourm, Hatta, Tweedle Dum, Tweedle Dee, Train Conductor, Tourists, Ticket Sellers, Humpty Dumpty, Unicorn, Lion, White Knight, Red Knight, Emcee, The Responsibilities (Gospel Singing Group), Dancers, Fans, Baseball Players and The Dixie Chickens.
