The vain Emperor, Montague Preen, is obsessed with

Swindler and Fiddler, he sets out to humiliate the Emperor and to relieve him
of his fortune. To the rescue comes Dame Nellie Nimby, her daughter Amelia and
Clover, the pantomime cow. Fun for all ages!
