The SongBirds present " A Christmas Carol"

We are holding Auditions on Sunday the 22 July 2007 from 10am - 5pm for November production of Gilbert & Sullivans " A CHRISTMAS CAROL". The timeless tale of Ebeneezer Scrooge, His nephew, Tiny Tim and the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and yet to come. The main cast roles that will be auditioned are: Ebeneezer Scrooge Fred ( Scrooges Nephew) Bob Crachitt Jacob Marley's Ghost Ghost of Christmas Past Ghost of Christmas Present Ghost of Christmas yet to come Fezzwig Young Ebeneezer (age group 10 - 12) (male or female) Belle Fred's wife Belinda Martha Peter Tiny Tim (age group 10 - 12) (male or female) Joe Fan (Ebeneezers sister) (age group 10 - 12) (male or female) Each of the above roles will require the Actor to SING & DANCE. There are also a lot of ENSEMBLE roles- some with Solo parts needed (however these will not need to be auditioned) if you are interested in a Ensemble part please contact the Director so your details can be registered. There will be a ORIENTATION EVENING on Thursday 12 July between 7pm and 8pm As this is community Theatre there is no payment associated with these roles.
