Originally produced at London's Royal Court Theater and then the Manhattan Theatre Club to critical acclaim, Shining City by Conor McPherson (The Weir) is set in Dublin, where a guilt-ridden man reaches out to a therapist after seeing the ghost of his recently deceased wife. But what begins as just an unusual encounter becomes a desperate struggle between the living and the dead - a struggle which will shape and define both men for the rest of their lives.
"Conor McPherson's new play, which has the most shocking ending on Broadway, is quiet, haunting and absolutely glorious." - New York Times
