Open Audition

Considering the success of the last Open Audition and considering the number of actors who were unable to attend, Simon Denver will again hold an Open Audition for anyone interested. Planned to run from 10am to 4pm on Sunday February 4, at NDS Actors Studio, 16 Jarrah St, Cooroy. While the day is about seeing actors and how they work and interact, it is as much an acting exercise and a fun day to boot. There is no need to prepare a scene or monologue; it's a day of games and improvisation. So if you have some acting experience and play well with others, bring your lunch and water, wearing loose clothing and a smile. Productions being proposed in 2007 include: Light Refreshments Will be Served After the Service (April); That Scottish Play - The Musical (May); Closer (Aug); Foreplay (Sept); and Fawlty Towers (Dec).
