Short season short plays (working title)

Auditions for Short play season at 8 pm at St Ambrose Hall, 3 Dawson Street Brunswick (across from the City Baths). Auditions are informal and no preparation or prior experience is needed. All welcome - comfortable clothes, a love of live theatre and a willingness to participate are all that are necessary.

Performances are scheduled for 22nd, 23 and 24th March 2007 (Thursday-Sat). The plays will require actors of both sexes and a range of ages. Rehearsals will generally be held on Mondays and Thursdays at 8pm, commencing on Monday 5 February. Other times and venues may be arranged to suit individual directors and cast. Note that if you are cast for a role or selected for stage crew you will need to become a member of the Moreland Theatre Company so that you are covered by our insurance. This costs $30 ($15 concession) for the whole year, and entitles you to discounted tickets to all our productions as well as regular newsletters and a range of other theatrical and social activities.
