Hot on the heels of the successful production of "Fawlty Towers", Wingz Productions will be holding auditions for our next show "The Importance of being earnest" written by Oscar Wilde. It is being directed by David W. Owens & produced by Sandi Owens. The read thru of the play will be held on Monday 27th November 2006 at 7:45pm & the auditions will be held on Wednesday 29th November 2006 at 7:45pm at 35 Bocking Avenue, Campbelltown.

Synopsis of "The Importance of being earnest"
The Importance of being earnest follows the story of Jack Worthing & Algernon Moncrieff and their talents for slightly bending the truth. Jack, when he is in the city pretends to be Ernest to escape the dullness of country life, Algernon pretends to be visiting a terminally ill friend friend Mr. Bunbury to escape the hetic city life.
When Algernon finds out the locationof Jack's country estate, he pretends to be Jack's wicked brother Ernest and pays young Cecily a visit. Cecily is in love withe Ernest but she has never met him. To add to this Gwendolen aslo pays the estate a visit, looking for her Ernest (Jack).
Just when all misunderstandings are corrected, Lady Bracknell arrives to thwart the plans of our two happy couples.
