Some Enchanted Evening Auditions

Picton Theatre Group is holding auditions for its upcoming production Some Enchanted Evening – a musical review by Rodgers & Hammerstein. Some Enchanted Evening is a celebration of songs that have become a part of our lives. You’ve sung them in the shower. You’ve danced to them in ballrooms. You’ve heard them on the radio, in the supermarket and in elevators too. They are the best songs of the twentieth century and have become the soundtracks to our lives. The Picton Theatre Group brings to the stage the most thrilling blend of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s music ever assembled in one show, including many of your favourite songs from Broadway musicals, including Oklahoma, The King and I, South Pacific and many more. Denise French (Director) and Wayne McClure (Musical Director) have united once again to bring this musical to the stage. Confirmed dates are November 25th, December 2nd and 9th, but other dates will be added. Singers and Musicians will be needed, so if you are would like to be involved in this fun production, please come along to auditions on Tuesday 29th August at 7:30pm, and Tuesday 5th September, 7:30pm at the Wollondilly Shire Hall, Menangle Street, Picton.
