"Quake"

Auditions to be held at the Garrick Theatre on Saturday May 27th @ 2pm

A Drama Survivalist Play
Five wives of men working on a dam in South America, returning from a shopping trip, are isolated by an earthquake. The driver of their vehicle is killed. They find shelter, but their chances of rescue are uncertain. A further quake shocks them. Under the strain, the differences in their characters and interrelationships are brought into sharp relief.

Required Cast:
Marcia - headstrong and stubborn with a startling secret - late 20s to late 30s.
Pearl - suprisingly industrious and resourceful under pressure - early 20s to mid 30s.
Sue - calm and cheeky, just don't get her angry - early 20s to mid 30s.
Sheena - pessimistic and fearful - will God give her strength? early 20s to late 30s.
Ellen - wife to the boss but just how much of a leader is she? mid 30s to early 40s.

This show may be entered into the ITA State One Act Festival held this year at Marloo Theatre in Greenmount - Sept 29 to Oct 2 and the South West One Act Festival held in Bunbury on the weekend of September 23 and 24.
