Auditions being held for for four Short Drama Productions

The Film & Television Institute in Fremantle is currently casting for four Short Drama productions. These are:

“Bird Seed” – by Thomas Stockdale

A young man inherits a parrot from his rich great aunt. He is disappointed as he thought he would get a lot more than that. But the parrot has an amazing talent which gives his owner a vast amount of luck. This leads to the young man being noticed by some local gangsters, who pay him a visit.

“Pudding Dreams” – by James Pontifex

Bennett is a young man who uses alcohol as a way of escaping reality. One drunken night he has an experience that he will never forget. His heart will be tested when it is most vulnerable. Will this fantasy inspire him or only haunt him forever once he returns to everyday life?

“In Fates Way” – by Lance Bonser

Everything can be running so smoothly, you can have your whole world flowing in the right direction. But what to do when the unexpected happens, the uncontrollable. A young successful businessman finds himself in this very situation. Can the tables turn for him and if so how many times?

“Kama Sutra” – by Albert G. Tirtadinata

Due to the present of a new born baby, a husband whose intimate relationship with his wife has been unsatisfactory tries to improve it by following a plan outlined in an ancient book.

Wednesday 26th of November from 6pm-9pm
