Life meets Death over a Game of Chess.

Dylan works nights in a morgue. He likes the solitude. One night he gets a visit from a ghost. Who is he? Why is he here? Why does he keep coming back? Has he come to watch over him? Dylan attempts to make contact. The appearance of a Chess Board one night makes this possible. Will the ghost play? Will Dylan ever get out of this Dead end job?

A loner, who likes the solitude of working nights as a security guard in the loneliness of all places, a morgue. Although a university graduate he stays a security guard because the work is easy and the pay is good. Deep down he feels trapped and has a yearning to get more from himself and his life. Although he is use to being surrounded by death he fears it as much as he fears becoming old.

Old Man 60+

Grey Hair
Has regrets that he wasted his life in unsatisfying jobs. Looks back at a life of opportunity wasted and love lost. He wishes he could live his life over.
