Ned Kelly - The Musical

The Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre is pleased to announce that the regional production for 2003 will be “Ned Kelly – The Musical”. This exciting and energetic play was written by Reg Livermore and is jam packed with comic and dramatic incident, villains and heroes, and a shattering no holds barred ending. The play will be performed on August 21, 22 and 23 coinciding with the Sidney Nolan “Ned Kelly Series”, which will be on display at the Bunbury Regional Art Galleries.

Auditions will be 15 minutes long and audition packs will be available from Friday 11 April and will consist of
· Contact sheet
· A monologue
· A song selected from the musical to be learnt prior to audition.

Auditionees will also be expected to sing a song of their choice, preferably selected from a Rock Musical or similar. A backing tape (not sheet music) must also be brought to the audition.

Chorus auditions will occur at 7pm on both of the nights. These will be group auditions of a maximum of 15 people.
