A Midsummer Night's Dream

(co-op production)

We are looking for self starting actors with a professional outlook to join us for our feb 14th and 15th (also late March to be confirmed) performances of ShakespeareÂ’s A Midsummer NightÂ’s Dream. A short, intense rehearsal period will commence immediately. As this is a profit share production we would like to keep the cast and crew as small as possible, so there is an opportunity for versatile actors to take on more than one role. Performances are to take place in an outdoor setting with a large audience, so good voice projection will be required.

Please prepare either two Monologues (Shakespearian or similar), or one monologue to be delivered in two different ways. Some of the things we will be looking for in particular include: versatility, comic ability, evidence of textual understanding and a professional attitude.
